Safe haven
A safe haven is any security or other investment that loses none or little of its value in case of a market crash. For example, when the Dot-com Bubble burst, government bonds, real estate and commodities s.a. gold were considered safe havens.

Safe haven can also refer to the hours of the day when it is permissable for broadcast radio stations in the United States to broadcast profanity (more commonly referred to as "the seven dirty words") over the airwaves without fear of retribution from the FCC.
