Rupa Huq


 

Rupa Huq is a British Labour politician, DJ and University lecturer. She graduated from Cambridge University and formerly a lecturer for the University of Manchester for several years and is now a senior lecturer at Kingston university. In the 2005 British General Election, she stood as Labour candidate for Chesham and Amersham and received 6,610 votes, however she lost to the Conservative candidate, Cheryl Gillan.
