Roush Racing
Roush Racing is one of the premiere racing teams of NASCAR. It was founded in 1988 as a branch of owner Jack Roush's successful automotive engineering and road-racing equipment business based in Livonia, Michigan. The NASCAR Operation based in Concord, North Carolina, which is near Charlotte, has become the cornerstone and centerpiece of the company since its founding, winning back to back Nextel Cups in 2003 (Matt Kenseth) and 2004 (Kurt Busch). Roush has competed exclusively in Ford badged automobiles since its inception. Roush Racing hires its minor-league drivers through an infamous elimination style of testing entitled "The Gong Show."
