Rotten Rita
Rotten Rita (real name Kenneth Rapp, a.k.a. "The Mayor,") was an influential denizen of Andy Warhol's Factory. As an opera afficionado and an amphetamine dealer (and user), he touched the lives of many members of Warhol's artist collective.
