Since 1997 Rory Byrne has been the chief designer for the Ferrari Formula One team in which time his cars have won seventy-one Grand Prix, six constructors titles and five drivers titles. This outstanding record of success makes Byrne the most successful designer of the last decade narrowly eclipsing McLaren technical director Adrian Newey, who's cars have secured sixty-seven wins, six constructors and six drivers titles since 1992.
