Rockland, Maine
Rockland is a city located in Knox County, Maine. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 7,609. It is the county seat of Knox County{{GR|6}}. The city is served by the Knox County Regional Airport, and is the departure point for ferries to the islands of Penobscot Bay, offered by the Maine State Ferry Service.
