Robin Skelton
Robin Skelton (October 12 1925 ?August 22 1997) was a British-born academic, writer and poet, who lived in Canada from1963. He was known also as an authority on Irish literature and a literary editor, and for his interest in the occult. He was an editor, with John Peter, of The Mahalat Review, and a translator.

He was born in Easington, Yorkshire and was educated at the University of Leeds. From 1963 he taught at the University of Victoria in British Columbia.
