River Slaney
The Slaney (Abhainn na Slaine in Irish) is a river in the southeast of Ireland. It rises in the western Wicklow Mountains and flows south and then east through counties Wicklow, Carlow and Wexford, before entering the Irish Sea at Wexford. The estuary of the Slaney is wide and shallow and is known as Wexford Harbour.
