Rio Carbon
The Rio Carbon is a line of digital audio players produced by Rio, similar to Creative Technology's Zen Micro or Apple's iPod mini. Announced on August 2 2004, they are hard disk-based players, which can hold either 5 or 6 gigabytes of music, depending on the model. They feature a microphone and a bidirectional wheel, which is used for scrolling and adjusting volume. The players are small in size (82 x 61 x 13 millimeters), and weighs 3.2 ounces.

A Rio Carbon can play MP3 and WMA audio files as well as audio book files and is Microsoft Windows, Linux and Macintosh compatible since it is useable like an USB flash drive or an external hard drive.
