Riff Raff

1. Comonly "riff-raff" is a term used to discribe people in a lower class than the ones that are doing the judging. It may also refer to petty criminals, or people that may be described as a "punk" (someone, typically teenagers, that rebels.) Example: "The aristocrat forbid his son from associating with that criminal riff-raf in the slums."
