Richmond, Kentucky

Richmond is a city located in Madison County, Kentucky, United States named after Richmond, Virginia. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 27,152. It is the county seat of Madison County{{GR|6}} and home to Eastern Kentucky University.
