Richard Teitelbaum
Richard Teitelbaum (May 19, 1939 in New York, NY) is a composer, keyboardist, and improvisor. He is a former student of Allen Forte, Mel Powell, Luigi Nono. He is best known for his live electronic music and synthesizer performance. For example, he brought the first moog synthesizer to Europe (AMG). He is also involved with world music and uses Japanese, Indian, and western classical instruments and notation.
