Richard Schulze was a Waffen-SS officer during World War II who obtained the rank of SS-Obersturmbannführer. As a Hauptsturmführer, Richard Schulze served as Waffen-SS adjutant to Adolf Hitler and August Heissmeyer. He would later serve as the commander of the SS-Junkerschule (Officer Candidate School) at Bad Tolz, Bavaria.
