Richard Lynch

Richard Hugh Lynch (b. February 12, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York, USA) is an American actor actor who has starred in many films and television.

Richard is not only talented in film, but he also is a talented musician, he plays the saxophone, guitar, piano, and the flute. He is of Irish blood, is a frequent visitor to Ireland. Richard is not the only one in his family to be an actor, his brother Barry Lynch is also an actor, they both starred in the 1987 film Nightforce and they both starred in the 1997 film Total Force together. Richard's wife Lily, starred with him in the 1998 film Breaking the Silence and son Christopher Lynch starred with him in the science fiction film Trancers II.

Richard Lynch is known for playing villains and some good guys too.H e has appeared in two episodes of Battlestar Galactica and appeared in the 1999 movie '. He is known to be in lots of science fiction films, he was on also Galactica 1980 as Xavier, then he played in the 1982 science fiction short lived series The Phoenix.

Richard has made many guest appearances on many tv shows, some of the range from Starsky and Hutch,T.J. Hooker,Six Feet Under and on ' as the Immortal named John Kirin/Kage in the season 3 episode "Blind Faith".

Richard Lynch was in the military in the early 1960's. He did LSD at Central Park in an area which is known as Strawberry Fields, he is now a speaker against drugs.

He loves to listen to Gospel music very much.
