Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster
Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster (1795–1869) was an English aristocrat who continued the development of his family's extensive property holdings in London. Mayfair was fully developed by the time he became head of the family, and he was responsible for the development of Belgravia, which he commissioned Thomas Cubitt to design.
