Richard Caborn
The Right Honourable Richard George Caborn, (born October 6, 1943, Sheffield) is a British politician for the Labour Party, and member of Parliament for Sheffield Central.

He was a Minister of State at the Department for Environment, Transport and the Regions from 1997 to 1999, then moved to be a Minister of State at the Department of Trade and Industry, until 2001. After this he became Minister for Sport at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport. He is seen as a close ally of John Prescott.
