Edible Ribs
Ribs are a popular food dish in some regions of the world, particularly the United States. Cuts of beef or pork surrounding the ribs are roasted, grilled, or smoked and served with a sauce such as barbecue sauce. In the United States ribs are served as a slab of meat which diners customarily tear apart by hand, then gnaw the meat from the bone.
