Res (singer)
Shareese Renče Ballard, better known as Res (pronounced reese) is a female R&B singer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her music is a mixture of soul, hip hop, and rock. She released her debut album, How I Do, in 2001. In 2002, the album's first single, "They-Say Vision" hit #1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. Although the song did not chart on the Hot 100, it did climb to #37 on the Hot 100 Singles Sales chart. A second single, "Golden Boys", was also released.
