Requiem for a Heavyweight
Originally a 1956 teleplay by Rod Serling (Twilight Zone, Planet of the Apes (1968) creator) written for the live television show Playhouse 90, Requiem for a Heavyweight was turned into a movie with Anthony Quinn in the role originated by Jack Palance.
