Request three (3) year commitment. Benefits: Medical insurance, commuter checks, holidays, vacation days, etc. Skills required include: Writing, Organization, team work, flexibility, supervising cases, research, litigation and conducting hearings; Advising Education/Public Awareness Division and administrative matters. Working knowledge of Social Security disability, ADA, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Medi-Cal (Medicaid), etc. is helpful. Over two years of Social Security disability hearings experience will be given preference. • Admission to Califoria bar, Minimum 3-5 years non-profit legal program experience, social security disability, disability rights, and mental health law OR EQUIVALENT. • Superior organizational, written and oral communication skills • Ability to work under deadline pressure • Ability to manage competing priorities • Experience and skill collaborating in a team setting with staff at all levels • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Database(s) and Excel (WordPerfect and legal formatting helpful, but not required) Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000 base annual salary This is a non-profit organization which focuses on psychiatric disabilities. Rent a room in our Massage Therapy office, full time or part time (dublin / pleasanton / livermore) $400

We are a small Manual Medicine office located in Dublin, CA, and we are looking to rent our other therapy room to someone, be it a Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Occupational Therapist, Strength Conditioning Trainer, or other Rehabilitation professional looking to expand their office space into Dublin. The other therapist we had here had to leave suddenly, and the room is available immediately. The room is approximately 14 feet by 14 feet, and has central heat and air. It is in a newly remodeled building that is safe, and includes video cameras in the halls as well as badged in security after 8 PM, so the office is very safe to use in the evenings. Our office is located at the 580-680 interchange, and is easily accessible from both freeways, and is close to Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville, and Blackhawk. Full time usage would be $800 a month, and you could use it any time you'd like.
