Regions of Republika Srpska
The Republika Srpska is composed of 63 municipalities. These are grouped into seven regions:

- Vlasenica
- Sarajevo-Romanija or Sokolac
- Fo?a
- Trebinje
The ethnically diverse Br?ko District is a division of its own under the direct jurisdiction of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
