Reginald Freeson
Reginald Freeson was a Labour MP and minister.

Born on 24 February 1926, he was raised in a Jewish orphanage. He was elected to Willesden Borough Council in 1952, and was the council leader from 1958 until it was abolished in 1965. He chaired the shadow council of the London Borough of Brent in 1964-5 and was an alderman of Brent until 1968.

He was MP for Willesden East, then Brent East, 1964-1987, being succeeded by Ken Livingstone. He held a wide variety of ministerial and parliamentary posts.
