Reg Grundy Organisation

Reg Grundy Organisation was an Australian television production company that branched out into Europe and the USA. Founded by Reg Grundy it initially produced game shows, before branching into soap operas in 1973. In 1995, Reg Grundy sold the company to Pearson, which in July 2000 became part of the RTL Group. As of 2005, this is 90% owned by Bertelsmann.

The "Grundy" brand is still used for many Australian and German productions produced by the group.
