Red Levine

Surprisingly little is known about Sam "Red" Levine considering he was one of the Mafia's more colorful characters. What is know is that Red Levine was an Orthodox Jewish, Mafia hitman who refused to kill on the Sabbath. Levine was a member of the notorious Mafia gang, Murder, Inc., and is credited with being the trigger man in the murder of Salvatore Maranzano.
