Rebecca Minot Prescott
Rebecca Minot Prescott (1743 – 1793) was the daughter of Benjamin Prescott and Rebecca Minot Prescott from Salem, Massachusetts; and the niece of Roger Sherman?s brother Reverend Josiah Sherman.

Of those seven children, daughter Sarah Sherman was the mother of George Frisbie Hoar a United States Senator and Ebenezer Rockwood Hoar a United States Attorney General; daughter Elizabeth Sherman became the mother of Roger Sherman Baldwin, a Governor of Connecticut and a United States Senator and daughter Martha Sherman became the mother of the William Maxwell Evarts, also a United States Attorney General and a United States Senator as well.
