Ray Toro
Raymond Toro Ortiz was born July 15, 1977 in Newark, New Jersey. He was born with brown eyes, and grew up to be 6'1".

Toro studied film at William Paterson University before joining My Chemical Romance. He played previously with local New Jersey bands the Rodneys and Haggis. Toro is responsible for writing the bulk of MCR's music.
