Large Master Bed W/private bath in 4 bed/ 2.5 bath house (sunnyvale) $800
Welcome Fellow Craigslisters: Up for rent is a snazzy Master Bedroom (roughly 11 X 17) in the heart of Sunnyvale for $800/mo +$750 refundable security deposit. We're looking for someone to move in in/around Sept 16th. It has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet PLUS an extra little closet. Our roommate who rented the bedroom is moving away due to a career change, and we are sad to see him go; so now we are looking for someone to fill in the Gap. A little about the House: -4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms (one full bath in the Master Bedroom) -Kitchen with all the things and stuffs and whats its and what nots - oven, microwave, fridge, etc... - full washer and dryer - Heater (^_^ Yayee), but no AC (-_- booo). - A living room and another big living-room-ish place used for whatever. - 2-car garage with plenty of street parking - nice, quiet, safe neighborhood not too far from an elementary school - great backyard with fruits like lemons, oranges, tangerines, cherries, etc.. A little about us: - 3 guys (students and professionals) - all early to mid 20's. - very respectful - very quiet - very open and hospitable - love to do hangouts and chill in the living room - love video games. - we do not drink. - we do not smoke. - we dont do drugs. - we're generally friendly and fun loving guys. About you: - You dont have to be Ray Romano, but we put high preference for friendly/sociable people. - Must have a full time job (preferably at a professional industry) - ability to provide a credit report would be VERY helpful (landlords requirement, sorry ;_; ), or provide two pay stubs. Pretty much something to show the landlords that you are financially stable. - Non-smoker - Light drinking is ok. We just don't want to have to deal with someone that is smashed all the time. - Absolutely NO Drugs (and yes, Weed falls under that category as well)! - No pets (again, sorry, landlord requirement) - Respect is pretty much the keyword in the house. We can bust out a million rules, but that would be pretty lame. As long as you understand and respect Everyone's space and stuff, we all become one big happy family. - Clenliness is a good trait to have. We're no Danny Tanners, but we'd like to keep the house at least acceptably clean and presentable. - prefer someone that is around our age group, but really it comes down to personality and financial status that will be the decisive factor. - We understand that you have your own life and responsibilities, but we dont want to feel like we're strangers in the house. - Is there really a need to mention that gender is not an issue? (i guess we'll put that in for equality's sake). What we listed are just some basic requirements of what an optimum roommate would be. But we understand its an imperfect world, so really we'll play it by ear and see where it goes. If you dont meet some of the requirement, it could still be ok, maybe we can work something out. So thanks again for checking out our ad. Please be sure to tell us something about you. Something more deeper than just age, race, and salary. Remember, personality is big...like...HUGE factor. And trust us, when all's said and done, we're gonna have a great time. Thanks!
