Rasul Guliyev (born December 10, 1947 in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan) is the Chairman of Azerbaijan Democratic Party. He has struggled for human rights and democracy in Azerbaijan. He worked as the Chairman of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Republic of Azerbaijan from November 1993 to November 1995. In 1995, he was re-elected a member of the Milli Majlis and chairman of the parliament of Azerbaijan. He is the author of the books "Oil And Politics", "Path To Democracy" and "Purpose Of Our Struggle".
