Raleigh Theodore Sakers

Raleigh Theodore Sakers (also known as Rollie Sakers; July 9, 1926–July 25, 2000) was the angry old man that can be heard on Sublime's album Robbin' the Hood. His parts of the album were recorded when he was in a halfway house.
