~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ A raion (or rayon) (; Belarusian ????), is a subnational entity of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Latvia, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and the former Soviet Union.
