Queer Duck
Queer Duck was a short animated series introduced on Icebox.com in 1999 and later moved the Showtime cable television network in 2002, where aired as a supporting feature to the American version of Queer as Folk. Although far from being the first homosexual cartoon character, Queer Duck was the first animated TV series to have homosexuality as its predominant theme. Also unusual for a TV cartoon, it was animated in Macromedia Flash.
