Pump Boys and Dinettes
Pump Boys and Dinettes is a Broadway musical by a performance group of the same name. The musical premiered 4 February 1982 at the Princess Theatre. The show played 573 performances and closed 18 June 1983. The show garnered a Tony Award nomination for Best Musical of 1982. The performance group, Pump Boys and Dinettes consists of John Foley, Mark Hardwick, Debra Monk, Cass Morgan, John Schimmel and Jim Wann. Not only did the members of this group write the musical, they starred in the Broadway performance and directed it as well.

The show successfully transferred to London's West End in 1983–84 playing the Piccadilly and Albery Theatres and starred, amongst others, Paul Jones, Clodagh Rodgers, Joe Brown and Kiki Dee.
