Pulaski County, Arkansas
Pulaski County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of 2000, the population is 361,474. The county seat is Little Rock. The county was formed on December 15, 1818 and named for Count Casimir Pulaski, a Polish volunteer who died in the American Revolutionary War.
