Psychopathic Records, also known as "the Hatchet," is a Michigan, USA, based independent record label. Formed in 1990 by Alex Abbiss and southwest Detroit rap group, Insane Clown Posse, the label has explored many avenues throughout its temultuous history. Psychopathic Records, though often shunned upon and underestimated by mainstream media and fanbases, has built itself from the ground up, acquiring many accolades, including, but certainly not limited to:

Dons - Dons are the top level leadership of the company, and have final say in all business matters. There are currently seven Dons: Joe "Violent J" Bruce, Joey "Shaggy 2 Dope" Utsler, Alex "Double A" Abbiss, "Billy" Bill Dail, Rob "Jumpsteady" Bruce, Paul "Monoxide" Methric, and Jamie "Madrox" Spaniola. The Dons are distinguished by the platinum Hatchet Man charm.

Warriors - Warriors take on a middle management role, overseeing specific events and projects. They are directly responsible for the Soldiers under their charge. Some Warriors include Rudy "the Rude Boy" Hill, Stephan Kudek, Netmaster Gordon and "Psycho"Patrick Dub. The Warriors are distinguished by the gold Hatchet Man charm.

Soldiers - Soldiers do the "dirty work" of Psychopathic, i.e. manning the phones, boxing and mailing merchandise ordered through HatchetGear, JCW ring set up, etc. Soldiers are identified by the silver Hatchet Man charm.
