Pride and Prejudice (BBC)

Pride and Prejudice is a 1995 British television drama serial, adapted from Jane Austen's famous novel of the same name, originally written in 1813. The book has been the subject of numerous television and film adaptations – this was the sixth adaptation for the BBC alone, previous BBC television versions having aired in 1938, 1952, 1958, 1967 and 1980.
