Prestonsburg, Kentucky
Prestonsburg is a city located in Floyd County in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Kentucky on the eastern bank of the Levisa Fork River. Prestonsburg is the home of the Mountain Arts Center and Jenny Wiley State Resort Park. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 3,612. It is the county seat of Floyd County{{GR|6}}.
