Powder (film)

Powder is a 1990's film staring Jeff Goldblum. It involes an albino boy, Powder (Sean Patrick Flanery) with strange powers over electricity. When Powder's grandfather die's after aheart attack, Powder is taken by child care repesentative to an orphinarium where he quickly finds himself thrown into many painful circumstance's and obsticle's.
