Pops Staples
Roebuck "Pops" Staples (1914-2000) was a Mississippi gospel musician. He was the patriarch of The Staple Singers, which consisted of his daughters Mavis, Yvonne, and Cleotha. He was a songwriter, guitarist and singer.
