Poinsett County, Arkansas
Poinsett County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of 2000, the population is 25,614. The county seat is Harrisburg. The county was formed on February 28, 1838 and named for Joel R. Poinsett, U.S. Secretary of War.
