(Productive Location Ally on Nexus Technology), these extremely large hourglass -shaped space colonies house the Coordinator population, in the fictional anime Gundam Seed. Located at (L5), over about 120 were constructed; 10 are divided into twelve sectors of "cities", named after the months of the Roman calendar. The capital and meeting place of the PLANTs Supreme Council, is Aprilius One, (this is corresponding to the birthdate of the first Coordinator, George Glenn). The chairman was Siegel Clyne, but by mid-year 71 C.E., Patrick Zala becomes chairman.
