~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Often used as part of the phrase "Couldn't organize a piss-up in a brewery" to refer to someone as disorganized or incompetent. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The variant "couldn't organize a party in a brewery" is sometimes used to avoid actually using a word considered vulgar, while still clearly alluding to it.
