Phillip Lynch
Phillip Lynch was Treasurer and Minister for Finance of Australia under Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser. He later served as Minister for Industry and Commerce, also under Fraser.

Lynch was Member of the House of Representatives for Flinders, Victoria. A member of the Liberal Party, he held the seat from 1966-1982. Before becoming Treasurer, he served as Minister for the Army, Minister for Immigration, and Minister for Labour and National Service.
