Phillip Fulmer
Phillip Fulmer (born September 1, 1950 in Winchester, Tennessee) is an American football coach and former player for the University of Tennessee Volunteers. He has been the head coach of the Volunteers since 1993 after filling in several games in 1992 for the ailing Johnny Majors. Fulmer has won 2 Southeastern Conference championships in 1997 and 1998, and a national championship in 1998.
