Philippe Kahn
Philippe Kahn (born March 16, 1952) is a French-born entrepreneur best known as the founder of Borland, a software company which had its greatest success in the 1980s with Turbo Pascal. He moved to the US in 1982 and set up Borland International. Its first hit was Turbo Pascal. Philippe Kahn is credited with the invention in 1997 of the Camera-Phone which was the founding vision of LightSurf Technologies, now owned by Verisign.
