Philadelphia is a city located in Neshoba County, Mississippi. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 7,303. It is the county seat of Neshoba County{{GR|6}}. It is the site of the Mississippi Civil Rights Workers Murders about which the movie Mississippi Burning was written.
