Peter Harry Carstensen
Peter Harry Carstensen (born 12 March 1947, Nordstrand) is a German politician and since 27 April 2005 the Minister-President of the Federal State of Schleswig-Holstein. He has been a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party since 1971, and its regional chairman since 2 June 2002.
