Peter Brand
Dr Peter Brand (born 1947) is a United Kingdom general practitioner and Liberal Democrat politician. He was elected Member of Parliament for the Isle of Wight from 1997, but lost his seat to the Conservatives in 2001. It is widely believed that his admission that he committed euphanasia when he was a doctor lost him the seat in 2001, particularly as it contains a far-above-average proportion of retired and elderly residents.
