Perkonkrusts
The Perkonkrusts (Thundercross) was a radical nationalist movement and later a political party in Latvia (1932 - 1944). During this whole time its leader was Gustavs Celmins. For the first year of its existence it was knows as the Ugunskrusts ("Fire Cross") until the organization was banned. After the fall of the Soviet Union, the party reemerged. The current leader of Perkonkrusts is Igors Siskins. Most supporters are in the Latvian towns of Valmiera, Ikskile and Cesis.

However, it should be noted that the current organization wearing the old name of the party is completely different one ?- mostly recognized for trying to blow up the monument of victory in Riga.
