Pepsi-Cola
Pepsi-Cola is a very popular carbonated soft drink sold worldwide in stores, restaurants and vending machines. It is produced by PepsiCo, and is Coca-Cola's major rival. It is often called Pepsi. The brand was trademarked on June 16 1903, though the drink was first made in the early-1890s by a pharmacist. Similar to Coca-Cola, Pepsi was originally intended to cure stomach pains. In 1970 Pepsi was banned from import in India for having refused to release the list of its ingredients. In 1993 the ban was lifted. There are several types of Pepsi, the most popular being Diet Pepsi and Pepsi Max. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
