The company offers full-service leasing, contract maintenance, and commercial and consumer truck rental. Penske Logistics provides global transportation management, distribution and warehouse management, and integrated logistics. The company has sold its interest in Leaseway Auto Carrier to Performance Logistics Group. Penske Truck Leasing is a joint venture of GE Equipment Service and race-car legend Roger Penske's Penske Corporation.
